目的:用混合方法设计评估“运动助你戒烟”项目,并为该项目将来的进一步应用收集改进信息。方法:选取希腊中部大区5个戒烟诊所的40人参与完成此项目。采用顾问的记录以及参与者的调查问卷和访谈内容等资料,评价该项目的过程和结果。结果:项目实施前后的定量测量显示,吸烟行为、体力活动行为、自我效能和吸烟习惯这几项指标在项目实施前后有显著性差异;定性数据表明,参与者认为增加体力活动是戒烟的积极辅助措施,参与者和顾问的报告一致认为在此项目中增加体力活动是有效的戒烟技术辅助手段。结论:“运动助你戒烟”项目结果令人鼓舞,戒烟者可通过目标干预使身体更有活力,他们认为体力活动是协助戒烟的有效方法。
Purpose: To evaluate and evaluate the “Exercise to Help You Quit” project in a hybrid approach and to gather improvement information for further application of the project. METHODS: Forty people from five smoking cessation clinics in Central Greece were enrolled in this project. Using the consultant’s records and the participants’ questionnaires and interviews, the course and results of the project were evaluated. Results: The quantitative measurement before and after the implementation of the project showed that there were significant differences in smoking behaviors, physical activity behaviors, self-efficacy and smoking habits before and after the implementation of the project. The qualitative data showed that participants believed that increasing physical activity was an active supplement for smoking cessation The reports of the measures, participants and consultants agree that adding physical activity to this project is an effective aid to smoking cessation techniques. Conclusion: The results of the “Exercise to Help You Quit Smoking” project are encouraging. Quit smokers can make their bodies more active through targeted interventions. They think that physical activity is an effective way to help stop smoking.
