目的研究微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定馕中铅含量的测量不确定度评定方法。方法采用微波消解前处理技术,利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对馕中铅的含量进行测定,建立相应的数学模型,对模型中各种不确定因素进行量化处理。结果研究表明,不确定度的主要来源为标准溶液的配制、样品的称量、容器器具的体积、标准曲线拟合以及重复性测定等,馕中铅的测定结果为(0.065±0.004)mg/kg。结论该评定方法适用于微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定馕中铅含量测量不确定度分析。
Objective To study the method of measuring the uncertainty of the determination of lead in 馕 by microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods The microwave digestion pretreatment technique was used to determine the lead content in 馕 by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Corresponding mathematical models were established to quantify various uncertainties in the model. Results The study showed that the main sources of uncertainty were the standard solution preparation, the sample weighing, the volume of container apparatus, the standard curve fitting and the repeatability determination. The determination results of lead in 馕 were (0.065 ± 0.004) mg / kg. Conclusion The method is suitable for the analysis of uncertainty in determination of lead in 馕 by microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
