我院儿科自1991年1月～1995年12年共收治新生儿硬肿症110例,现报告如下。 临床资料 男84例,女26例;早产儿54例,足月小样儿5例,过期产2例。发病日龄<1天46例,2～7天43例,>1周21例。其中79例(71.8％)在冬春季发病。合并肺炎16例,脐炎9例,败血症15例,化脑2例,鹅口疮5例,窒息3例,颅内出血3例,皮下坏疽1例,肺出血3例,DIC 2例,先心6例,呼衰7例,有的合并2种或2种以上
