建立角膜、结膜组织中乙型肝炎病原体检测的快速可靠的方法。方法 :采用巢式聚合酶链反应技术 ( Nested PCR)检测乙型肝炎表面抗原 ( HBs Ag)阳性者的血清 2 4例、结膜 12例、角膜 4例 ,以及 HBs Ag阴性者的血清 30例。结果 :2 4例 HBs Ag阳性者的血清 HBV DNA均阳性 ,检出率 10 0 % ,12例 HBs Ag阳性者的结膜中 11例阳性 ,检出率 91.7% ,4例 HBs Ag阳性者的角膜中 3例检出 HBV DNA。 30例 HBs Ag阴性者的血清中 ,检出 2例 ( HBV DNA)阳性。结论 :Nested- PCR是一种检测角、结膜组织中 HBV- DNA的快速可靠的方法
Establishing a rapid and reliable method for the detection of hepatitis B pathogens in corneal and conjunctival tissues. Methods: 24 neoplasms, 12 conjunctivae, 4 corneas and 30 HBsAg negative were detected by nested polymerase chain reaction (Nested PCR). Results: Serum HBV DNA was positive in 24 cases of HBsAg-positive patients, the detection rate was 100%. In 12 cases of HBsAg-positive conjunctiva, 11 cases were positive, with a positive rate of 91.7%. Four cases of HBsAg-positive cornea 3 cases detected HBV DNA. Thirty cases of HBsAg-negative sera were detected in 2 cases (HBV DNA) positive. Conclusion: Nested-PCR is a rapid and reliable method for detecting HBV-DNA in the cornea of the horn and conjunctiva
