锻锤运行时会产生很大的振动,对周围的人和物造成很大的危害和影响,对其危害的控制行之有效的方法是隔振。在锻锤隔振的计算方法上根据考虑的自由度及阻尼因素的不同,可有三种计算方法,有的方法简单但精度差一些,但经过修正后也可供一般工程人员应用;有的方法计算繁复但比较准确。在隔振方法上主要分为两类,一类是采用大质量块方法, 一类是砧下直接隔振。这两种方法各有优缺点, 后者是近些年来研究的新技术,其特点为投资小,简单易行,使已运行的锻锤改造成为可能。在锻锤隔振中需要弹性元件与阻尼元件,目前可选用的有大载荷阻尼弹簧隔振器、板簧和橡胶隔振器等,以第一种元件效果最好。近些年来,我们认识到锻锤隔振还能直接或间接创造较大的经济效益。
