某高速公路在通车不到两年的时间内,全线桥梁普遍出现以桥面铺装损害为主要表现形式的上部结构损害,养护部门不断进行病害的修补,但经常是旧的病害还没有处理好,新的病害又接连发生,而且开始产生较为严重的桥面连续损坏,严重影响该桥梁的正常使用和车辆的行驶状况及运营安全。该桥梁为多跨装配式20m预应力钢筋混凝土空心板板桥,2~4跨桥面简易连续构造,包括大中桥和特大桥,双排柱式墩台,灌注桩基础,钢筋混凝土
