The real development of China’s trust industry began with reform and opening up. The initial trust industry was born in the chaos, under the continuous clean-up and rectification of the twists and turns. With the promulgation of a law and two regulations and the perfection of the related system, the trust industry in our country gradually returns to the origin of the trust - “entrusted by the people and financial management by the people”. By the end of 2011, the scale of asset management in China’s trust industry has exceeded 4.8 trillion yuan, almost twice the size of the fund. The trust has become the four major financial pillars alongside banks, securities and insurance.
