目的 探讨胃癌组织中HpcagA菌株感染对IL 8蛋白表达的影响。方法 采用流式细胞技术 ,对 2 7例胃癌及相应的癌旁正常组织中IL 8蛋白的表达进行定量检测。用PCR法 ,对 2 7例胃癌组织中HpcagA基因进行扩增。结果 2 7例胃癌组织中 ,有 2 5例 (92 % )可明显表达IL 8蛋白 ;而相应的癌旁正常组织中 ,基本没有IL 8蛋白的表达或仅有弱表达。HpcagA感染的胃癌组织中 ,IL 8的表达水平为 6 4 .2 7% ,高于未感染HpcagA的胃癌组织 (39.86 % )。结论IL 8在胃癌组织中的高表达与HpcagA感染有关 ,即HpcagA菌株感染可上调IL 8在胃癌组织中的表达水平
Objective To investigate the effect of HpcagA infection on IL 8 protein expression in gastric cancer. Methods Flow cytometry was used to quantitatively detect the expression of IL 8 protein in 27 cases of gastric cancer and corresponding normal tissues. The PCR method was used to amplify the HpcagA gene in 27 gastric cancer tissues. Results Twenty-five cases (92%) of the 27 gastric cancer tissues could express IL-8 protein clearly. However, there was almost no or only weak expression of IL-8 protein in corresponding normal tissues. In gastric cancer tissues infected with HpcagA, the expression level of IL-8 was 62.72%, which was higher than that of HpcagA-infected gastric cancer tissues (39.86%). Conclusion The high expression of IL-8 in gastric cancer is related to HpcagA infection. HpcagA infection can up-regulate the expression of IL-8 in gastric cancer
