科学发展观是对我国政治、经济和社会各方面发展的反思和总结,是一种从只注重经济发展到人的全面发展的根本转变的科学发展理念。我国受轻法治,重人治,轻人权,重皇权的封建主义专制思想影响,法治精神严重缺失,人民权益得不到有效的保障。本文分析法治精神缺失的因素,提出加强和完善法治的若干建议,完善法治保障人民的利益的机制。
The scientific concept of development is a reflection and conclusion of the political, economic and social developments in all fields in our country. It is a concept of scientific development that has fundamentally changed from an economic development to an all-round development of man. Affected by the feudal autocratic ideology of light rule of law, rule of man, light human rights and heavy imperial power, the spirit of the rule of law is seriously lacking and the rights and interests of the people are not effectively guaranteed. This article analyzes the factors of the absence of the spirit of the rule of law, puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen and perfect the rule of law, and perfects the mechanism by which the rule of law guarantees the interests of the people.
