目的了解2000～2005年我院住院死亡病例的年龄、性别、疾病构成,为降低我院的病死率提供科学依据。方法整理分析我院1088例住院死亡病例的病案资料。结果随着年龄的增长住院死亡病例的病死率呈上升趋势：男性病死率明显高于女性；循环系统疾病、损伤和中毒、肿瘤为我院住院死亡病例的主要死因。结论加强对易感人群的预防,降低病死率。
Objective To understand the age, sex and disease composition of in-hospital deaths in our hospital from 2000 to 2005, and to provide a scientific basis for reducing the mortality in our hospital. Methods The data of 1088 in-hospital deaths in our hospital were analyzed and analyzed. Results The mortality rate of in-hospital deaths increased with age: the male mortality rate was significantly higher than that of females; circulatory system diseases, injuries and poisoning, and tumors were the main causes of death in hospitals in our hospital. Conclusion To strengthen the prevention of susceptible populations and reduce the mortality rate.
