目前我国在冶金机械设计的强度计算方面基本上仍沿用材料力学的一些传统计算方法,而较精确的现代强度计算及疲劳强度设计方法远未普及,因此设计出的设备一方面比较笨重,另一方面还经常发生疲劳破坏事故。为了提高我国冶金机械的先进性和可靠性,延长设备及其零件的使用寿命,迫切需要采用更精确的静强度计算方法,并由静强度设计向疲劳强度设计过渡。
At present, some traditional calculation methods of material mechanics are still basically used in the calculation of strength of metallurgical machinery design in our country. However, the more accurate methods of modern strength calculation and fatigue strength design are far from universal, so the designed equipment is bulky on the one hand, There are also frequent occurrence of fatigue damage. In order to improve the advanced nature and reliability of our country’s metallurgical machinery and extend the service life of the equipment and its parts, it is urgent to adopt a more accurate static strength calculation method and to design the transition from the static strength design to the fatigue strength design.
