目的:观察环维黄杨星D(Cyclovirobuxine-D,CVB-D)对犬血流动力学及实验性心肌缺血的影响。方法:采用颈动脉插管法观察CVB-D对正常麻醉犬血流动力学的影响,采用冠状动脉结扎法诱发家犬心肌缺血,观察静脉注射CVB-D对动物心肌缺血的影响。结果:CVB-D可降低正常麻醉犬心率(HR),收缩压(SP),左心室收缩压(LVSP),左心室终末舒张压(LV- EDP)和左心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax);减少犬冠脉结扎所致的心电图ST段偏移、T波增高、心肌梗死范围和磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)活性。结论:CVB-D对犬冠脉结扎所致的心肌缺血具有对抗作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Cyclovirobuxine-D (CVB-D) on hemodynamics and experimental myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods: The effects of CVB-D on the hemodynamics of normal anesthetized dogs were observed by carotid artery cannulation. The myocardial ischemia was induced by coronary artery ligation in dogs. The effects of CVB-D on myocardial ischemia were observed. Results: CVB-D decreased heart rate (HR), systolic pressure (SP), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LV- EDP) and maximum left ventricular pressure (+ dp / dtmax); reduce ST segment displacement, T wave increase, myocardial infarction range and phosphorylated creatine kinase (CK) activity caused by coronary artery ligation. Conclusion: CVB-D can antagonize myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation in dogs.
