基于计算机辅助设计等手段,结合新疆玉米生产区,玉米生产农艺要求设计研制玉米机械式精量播种机关键部件—玉米机械式精量穴播器。使其能够适应不同形状和大小的玉米种子的精量穴播并玉米机械式精量铺膜播种机整机性能达到JB/T10293-2001单粒(精密)播种机技术条件的要求,作业幅宽符GB/T1991-2005农业机械播种、种植、施肥和喷雾机械推荐工作幅宽要求,实现玉米精量穴播及满足各种行距和多种株距配置的精量播种作业。
