通过对95例AMIQTd值测试,探讨了AMI时危险性心律失常与急性泵衰竭的关系,结果AMI无并发症组QTd值5776±1242;危险性心律失常组QTd值744±1887;急性泵衰竭组QTd值6266±1321,两两比较q检验显示,对照组与泵衰组的P>005无统计学意义,对照组与心律失常组P<001,泵衰组与心律失常组P<001,均有显著差异。结论:AMI,危险性心律失常组QTd值增大最为显著,泵衰竭组中QTd值与对照组无统计学意义,动态观察QTd值的变化有重要价值

Conclusion: The QTd value increased most significantly in AMI and risk arrhythmia group, while the QTd value in pump failure group was not significantly different from that in control group, and the dynamic observation of QTd value had important value
