目的探究可视超导无痛人流术对剖宫产瘢痕子宫再次妊娠患者术后临床效果。方法剖宫产瘢痕子宫再次妊娠患者811例,对照组273例予以普通人流术,研究组538例予以可视超导无痛人流术。对比分析2组手术情况、术后并发症情况,统计两组手术前后生活质量评分。结果研究组进出宫腔次数、术后并发症、手术用时、术后出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率2.04%(11/538)低于对照组21.25%(58/273)(P<0.05);术前2组生活质量各项目评分比较无差异(P>0.05),术后研究组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产瘢痕子宫再次妊娠患者予以可视超导无痛人流术可明显减少术后并发症,有效提升术后生活质量,临床效果显著,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of visual superconducting painless abortion on postoperative pregnancy of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Cesarean scar pregnancy in 811 cases of uterine pregnancy, control group, 273 cases of general abortion, the study group of 538 cases of visual superconducting painless abortion. Comparative analysis of two groups of surgical conditions, postoperative complications, statistics of two groups before and after surgery quality of life score. Results The number of intrauterine access, postoperative complications, operation time and postoperative bleeding volume in the study group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications was 2.04% (11/538) /273)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before surgery (P> 0.05). The score of postoperative study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Cesarean scar pregnancy in patients with uterine pregnancy again visual superconducting painless abortion can significantly reduce the postoperative complications and effectively improve postoperative quality of life, the clinical effect is significant and safe.
