分析了焊装车间某白车身主焊、侧围激光深熔焊焊缝质量问题,提出几种焊缝常见质量缺陷,并对这些质量缺陷提出优化方案。通过调整机器人轨迹并优化板材匹配等手段,解决了常见的焊缝切割和气孔造成的功能性质量问题,提高了焊缝的连接强度。
The welding quality problems of the main body welding and side laser deep penetration welding of a white body in a welding workshop are analyzed. Several common quality defects of the welding seam are proposed, and the optimization schemes of these quality defects are proposed. By adjusting robot trajectories and optimizing plate matching and other means to solve the common weld cutting and porosity caused by functional quality problems and improve the weld connection strength.
