针对铜材厂连续挤压铜扁线出现的几种常见缺陷,通过DEFORM软件进行铜扁线连续挤压过程模拟。对连续挤压过程中出现的坯料后移,坯料咬入困难、坯料拱起以及产生溢料等缺陷问题进行数值模拟分析,进而找出切实可行的解决方案,如挤压轮轮槽的改进、堵头的改进和工艺参数的优化等,缩短了试验周期,大大降低实验成本;用于生产实践,克服了缺陷,生产出了合格产品,取得了良好的经济效益。
Aiming at several common defects of continuous extrusion of copper flat wire in copper plant, the continuous extrusion process of copper flat wire was simulated by DEFORM software. The numerical simulation analysis of the defects such as the backward movement of billet, billet billet, blank arching and spillage appeared in the continuous extrusion process, and then to find out the practical solutions such as the improvement of the wheel groove, Improve the plug and the optimization of process parameters, shorten the test cycle and greatly reduce the cost of the experiment; used in production practice to overcome the shortcomings, to produce qualified products, and achieved good economic benefits.
