[目的]了解与掌握于都县居民户食盐含碘量,以便采取针对性的防控措施,为持续性消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。[方法]对2009~2011年于都县居民户食用盐监测资料进行分析。[结果]2009~2011年累计抽取居民户食盐样品864份,检测864份,碘盐覆盖率为100.00%,碘盐合格率为100.00%,合格碘盐食用率为100.00%。碘盐含量为21~41mg/kg,平均31.28±3.90mg/kg。2009~2011年碘盐含量分别为28.75±2.45、34.11±3.75、30.97±3.33mg/kg。[结论]于都县碘盐质量稳定,居民合格碘盐食用率符合国家消除碘缺乏病的标准。
[Objective] To understand and master the iodine content of household salt in Du County in order to take targeted prevention and control measures to provide a scientific basis for the sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders. [Method] The monitoring data of household salt consumption in Yudu County from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed. [Result] From 2009 to 2011, a total of 864 samples of household salt samples were collected, 864 samples were tested, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 100.00%, the pass rate of iodized salt was 100.00% and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 100.00%. Iodized salt content of 21 ~ 41mg / kg, an average of 31.28 ± 3.90mg / kg. The contents of iodized salt in 2009 ~ 2011 were 28.75 ± 2.45, 34.11 ± 3.75 and 30.97 ± 3.33 mg / kg, respectively. [Conclusion] The quality of iodized salt in Yudu County is stable and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt of residents accords with the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency.
