采用~(133)氙(~(133)xc)吸入法对32例颈内动脉系统TIA患者的局部脑血流(rCBF)进行了测定,并与60名健康受试者相比较。结果发现患者组症状侧半球mCBF值明显低于非症状半球(P<0.05)和对照组半球(P<0.01)。其中22例病人可在症状半球发现区域性rCBF降低区,其部位与临床体征相符。本文还对TIA患者rCBF降低的机制进行了初步探讨。
Regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in 32 patients with TIA in the internal carotid artery system was measured by ~ (133) xenon (~ (133) xc) inhalation and compared with 60 healthy subjects. The results showed that the mCBF of the hemisphere in the symptom side of the patients was significantly lower than that of the non-symptomatic hemisphere (P <0.05) and the control group (P <0.01). Of the 22 patients, the regional rCBF decreased area was found in the hemisphere of the symptom, and its location was consistent with clinical signs. This article also preliminary study on the mechanism of rCBF reduction in TIA patients.
