为研究矿井防尘供水管网安全可靠性,综合考虑管网运行的影响因素,选取13个评价指标,建立指标体系,划分评价等级。依据未确知测度理论,构建矿井防尘供水管网未确知测度评价模型。以范各庄矿为应用对象,量化各指标,构造指标测度函数;运用信息熵确定指标权重;依据置信度识别准则,得到管网评价等级为Ⅱ级,说明其安全可靠性好。以5个典型煤矿为样本,运用该评价模型,分别得出各矿供水管网安全可靠性等级,并与实际情况对比,评价结果和实际情况相吻合,验证了模型的有效性。
In order to study the safety and reliability of the mine dust-proof water supply network, considering the influencing factors of the pipeline network operation, 13 evaluation indexes were selected to set up the index system and to divide the evaluation grades. Based on the unascertained measurement theory, an unascertained measure evaluation model of mine dust-proof water supply network was constructed. Taking Fangezhuang mine as an application object, the indexes are quantified and the index measurement function is constructed. The information weight is used to determine the index weights. Based on the confidence criteria, the grade of pipeline network evaluation is Grade II, which shows that the safety and reliability are good. Based on the five typical coal mines, the safety evaluation model of each mine was established. Compared with the actual situation, the evaluation results were in good agreement with the actual conditions, which validated the validity of the model.
