以某型号轿车的发动机支架为研究对象,设计了泡沫铝填充结构发动机支架,应用有限元软件ANSYS分析其填充前后的静动态特性,得出了该构件应变分布图、前六阶模态振型图及其固有频率和谐响应幅值图。通过对泡沫铝填充前后支架的静动态特性进行比较,可得出,泡沫铝填充结构支架具有优越力学性能,达到减振降噪的效果,满足汽车的NVH要求。
Taking the engine bracket of a certain type of car as the research object, the engine bracket of aluminum foam-filled structure was designed. The static and dynamic characteristics before and after its filling were analyzed by finite element software ANSYS. By comparing the static and dynamic characteristics of the stent before and after filled with aluminum foam, it can be concluded that the foam aluminum filled stent has the superior mechanical properties to achieve the effect of reducing vibration and noise and meeting the NVH requirements of the automobile.
