目的　研究高原低氧地区正常居民及高原病患者之间肺动脉径线的差异及价值。方法　将资料分为病理组与对照组 ,分别测量主肺动脉及右肺动脉的长径及宽径 ,并对其年龄及其各径线进行统计学处理 ,采用t检验进行分析。结果　病理组及对照组藏、汉族之间各指标平均值均相近 (Ρ >0 .0 5 ) ,病理组与对照组之间的右肺动脉长径具有显著性差别 (Ρ <0 .0 5 ) ,其余各项指标平均值相近 (Ρ >0 .0 5 )。结论　高原低氧地区环境是引起藏、汉族肺动脉高压的主要因素 ,而汉族高原病的发生率高于藏族患者 Objective To study the difference and value of pulmonary arterial diameter between normal residents and patients with altitude sickness in the plateau hypoxia area. Methods The data were divided into the pathological group and the control group. The long and wide diameters of the main pulmonary artery and the right pulmonary artery were measured. The age and diameter of each artery were statistically analyzed and analyzed by t test. Results There was a significant difference between the pathological group and the control group (P <0.05), and the average length of the right pulmonary artery between the pathological group and the control group was significant (P <0.05) , The rest of the indicators are similar (P> 0.05). Conclusions The hypoxia environment in the plateau is the main factor causing pulmonary hypertension in Tibetans and Han people, while the incidence of Han disease is higher than that in Tibetan patients
