Objective: To study the origin of tumor cells, the expression of surface markers of thyroid tumor cells and the relationship with tumor malignancy, and to explore the clinical application of stem cells in the treatment of thyroid cancer. Results: The occurrence of thyroid cancer is a multi-gene, multi-factor, multi-stage complex pathological process. The existence of tumor stem cells in thyroid cancer tissues plays a key role in tumorigenesis, development, recurrence and metastasis. Identification and identification of tumor cells play a key role in the development of markers for the exploration of stem cells for the treatment of thyroid cancer is essential. Conclusion: The formation of thyroid tumors is the result of multiple genes and multiple oncogenic pathways. As the incidence increases and the complex diversification of the disease, the traditional treatment methods have not made any breakthrough progress. The occurrence and metastasis of thyroid cancer, as well as the regulation of anti-chemoradiation and stem cell-specific cells are inseparable. Stem cells have become one of the main techniques for the treatment of thyroid cancer. Whether the thyroid tumor can be treated by interfering with the cells with stem cell characteristics remains to be further studied.
