一、问题的提出作为学前教育专业的教师,笔者每年的四月份都会带领实习生到当地的幼儿园进行为期一个月的保教实习。笔者在关注学生专业成长和专业发展的同时,发现实习生在成长的道路上面临的问题较为集中。经过笔者的访谈调查发现:大部分实习生表示自己缺乏教学经验,在专业理论与教学实践之间缺乏转化的途径,
