108例不同工种作业者的精神疲劳和劳动强度测评,发现复杂视觉-运动反应时工后较工前慢,差异有显著性(P<0.001);阅读能力工后比工前明显下降(P<0.001);闪光融合临界频率工后与工前无明显差异。工龄和年龄的分析结果相似。复杂视觉-运动反应时与阅读能力的改变并不与劳动强度指数递增呈同步性变化,劳动强度分级应将体力劳动强度和精神疲劳程度进行综合考虑。
108 cases of different types of workers mental fatigue and labor intensity evaluation and found that complex visual - motor response after work was slower than before work, the difference was significant (P <0.001); reading ability was significantly decreased after work than before work (P < 0.001). There was no significant difference in flash fusion critical frequency between pre-job and post-job. Analysis of the length of service and age are similar. Complicated vision - changes in motor response and reading ability do not change in synchronicity with the labor intensity index. Labor intensity grading should take into account both manual labor and mental fatigue.
