低等脊椎动物的腺垂体细胞是否分泌生乳素,近十年来,经细胞学超微结构以及放射免疫细胞化学的研究,已得到肯定。本文从比较内分泌学的观点来介绍生乳素的化学组成、主要生理功能及其分泌的调节。文中尚提及在诱发两栖类蝌蚪的变态过程中和影响乳腺发育和分泌活动方面,生乳素与甲状腺素之间显示的拮抗关系。这一关系,为临床上治疗乳腺癌或探讨乳腺癌的发病机理,提供了新的线索。
Low-grade vertebrates, adenohypophyseal cells whether the secretion of lactogen, over the past decade, the cytological ultrastructure and radioimmunocytochemistry, has been affirmed. This article from the perspective of endocrinology to introduce the chemical composition of lactogen, the main physiological function and secretion regulation. The article also mentions the antagonistic relationship between lactogen and thyroxine in inducing the metamorphosis of amphibian tadpoles and in influencing breast development and secretory activity. This relationship provides new clues for the clinical treatment of breast cancer or explore the pathogenesis of breast cancer.
