研究目的:新建铁路宁启线南通东至启东段位于江苏省南通市境内。沿线为长江下游平原河网化地区,人口稠密,河网密布,公路网发达,随着地区经济快速发展、城镇化步伐加快,对交通基础设施需求旺盛。通过对平原河网化地区特征和项目功能与定位的分析,确定线路选线原则,提出一个合理的建设方案。研究结论:(1)平原河网化地区线路选线应与地区城市规划相衔接。(2)本段线路走向有宁启高速公路南北侧两个方案,从与地方规划紧密结合,充分利用规划预留的通道,并考虑在建及规划项目的影响,确保各项工程的合理性等方面综合分析,推荐采用宁启高速公路南侧方案。(3)针对平原河网化地区房屋多、水网多、通道多、土源少、地材少、土地资源紧张、软土分布广等地区特征,线路选定路桥分界时,应结合地质条件、填土高度,适当增加桥梁比重,减少拆迁、节约用地。(4)从工程投资、工程实施难度、运输能力适应性及经济评价等多方面对单复线建设方案进行综合比选,推荐采用单线平面预留双线方案。(5)为减少今后复线施工的难度,提出对部分车站头尾重点工程应作工程预留。
Research purposes: New Railway Ningqi Line Nantong East Qidong Section is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. (3) According to the characteristics of the rivers in the plain, such as many houses, many water channels, fewer channels, less soil resources, less land, land resource shortage and wide distribution of soft soil, the boundary of road and bridge should be selected according to the geological conditions , Fill the height, appropriate to increase the proportion of the bridge, reduce demolition, land conservation. (4) The comprehensive comparison and selection of single and double line construction schemes are made from the aspects of project investment, project implementation difficulty, adaptability of transport capacity and economic evaluation. It is recommended to adopt the double line scheme of single plane layout. (5) In order to reduce the difficulty of double-track construction in the future, it is suggested that some important projects at the head and tail of some stations should be reserved for construction.
