文章选取美国宾夕法尼亚大学和加拿大温莎大学图书馆为研究对象,分析他们通过版权指南、受理版权许可申请、版权结算、建立开放资源库等方式,参与MOOC版权服务的实践。国内图书馆对MOOC版权服务参与度不高,MOOC建设中存在很多版权隐患,所以我们应该积极借鉴国外的成功经验,提出应对策略。
The article chooses the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Windsor in Canada as the research objects, and analyzes their practice of participating in the MOOC copyright services through copyright guidelines, accepting applications for copyright licenses, copyright settlement and establishing an open source database. Domestic libraries have a low degree of participation in MOOC copyright services and there are many hidden copyright issues in MOOC construction. Therefore, we should actively learn from the successful experience of other countries and propose coping strategies.
