近些年来,在汉语国际推广事业的不断发展壮大的大背景下,汉语国际教师的需求日益增加,汉语国际教育硕士专业随之应运而生。其培养目标是:“通过课程学习和教学实践,使学生具备一定的汉语言、汉文化和外语水平,能熟练的掌握对外汉语教学、中华文化传播和跨文化交际技能,同时要培养学生具有良好的思想品格和职业道德,并致力于汉语国际推广工作的高层应用型、复合型、国际化的专门人才。”[1]而要实现这个目标,其途径只有一个,就是要抓住人才培养中的实践教学环节,本文试图从技能培养和综合能力两方面进行探索,寻求人才培养中的实践教学环节的最优策略,从中发现问题、解决问题,以致最终实现基础知识扎实、能力强、上手快的优秀汉语国际教师的培养目标。
