长期以来,作文教学由于受考试的影响,有些语文教师要么习惯于猜题、押题,要么不问青红皂白,墨守教材要求,虽然费尽气力,但因为脱离了学生实际,结果往往收效甚微。我们在长期的作文教学实践中,对“因材施教”这一传统有效的教法进行了一些探索,取得了一点成绩,在这里向同仁们做以介绍,意在求教于大家。这里所说的“材”,既指不同阶段不同学生的不同现状,又指教材中统一的作文训练及要求。我们所说的“因材施教”,即作文教学应根据不同阶段不同学生的不同现状,灵活地运用教材中的作文训练及要求。
For a long time, due to the impact of examinations, some Chinese teachers are either accustomed to questioning or asking questions or ignoring indiscriminate teaching requirements. Although they exert their energy, their results tend to be very ineffective. In the long-term practice of writing teaching, we made some explorations on the traditional and effective teaching method of “teaching students according to their aptitude”, and made some achievements. Here we introduce to our colleagues and seek to teach to everyone. As used herein, “material” refers not only to the different present conditions of different students in different stages, but also to the unified writing training and requirements in the textbooks. What we mean by “teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes” means that composition teaching should be based on the different present conditions of different students in different stages and make flexible use of composition training and requirements in teaching materials.
