高道春,塑料部聚烯烃联合装置主任,2008～2010年度上海市“十大工人发明家”。先后取得操作岗位高级技师、工程技术类高级工程师资格。作为大型联合装置负责人,他带领全体职工努力工作确保装置安稳长满优运行,在对标、“比学赶帮超”工作中不断创出高水平的生产业绩。在他的带领下,2套装置的连续运行水平不断创出新纪录,均达到了行业先进水平。
