用无缝钢管锻造整体桥壳的方法,在世界轮式车辆制造业中享有盛誉,属国际性先进工艺之一。所锻造的桥壳具有强度高、刚性好、重量轻、使用寿命长等多种优点。适用于各种汽车和轮式工程机械,能满足车辆对驱动桥的特殊技术指标要求。以徐州工程机械桥箱厂引进法国索玛(SOMA)公司驱动桥制造专有技术为例,简单介绍了锻造成型桥壳的主要工艺、设备原理和试验结果等。
The method of forging the whole axle shell with seamless steel tubes is well known in the world of wheeled vehicle manufacturing and it is one of the international advanced technologies. The forged axle housing has many advantages such as high strength, good rigidity, light weight, and long service life. Applicable to a variety of automotive and wheeled construction machinery, to meet the vehicle’s special technical specifications of the drive axle. Taking Xuzhou Engineering Machinery Bridge Factory’s introduction of the proprietary technology of the drive axle manufacturing of the Soma Company in France as an example, the main process, equipment principle and test results of the forged axle housing are briefly introduced.
