目的:建立HPLC法测定银杏达莫注射液中主要成分的含量。方法:测定银杏总黄酮的含量,流动相为磷酸溶液—甲醇(50:50),检测波长为360nm;测定双嘧达莫的含量流动相为0.1%磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸溶液调pH值4.6)—甲醇(25:75),检测波长为290nm。结果:银杏总黄酮线性范围12.08-48.32ug/mL,平均回收率为99.90%,RSD为0.14%;双嘧达莫线性范围10.04~40.16ug/mL,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为2.97%。结论:该制剂设计合理.含量检测方法准确可靠,精密度高,稳定性好。结论:HPLC法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于测定复方银杏达莫注射液。
Objective: To establish the HPLC method for the determination of the main components in Ginkgo biloba extract. Methods: The content of total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba was determined. The mobile phase was phosphoric acid solution-methanol (50:50). The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The content of dipyridamole was determined. The mobile phase was 0.1% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH was adjusted with phosphoric acid solution. Value 4.6)-methanol (25:75), detection wavelength 290 nm. Results: The linear range of total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba was 12.08-48.32ug/mL, the average recovery was 99.90%, the RSD was 0.14%; the linear range of dipyridamole was 10.04~40.16ug/mL, the average recovery was 99.87%, RSD was 2.97% . Conclusion: The preparation is reasonable in design. The content detection method is accurate and reliable, with high precision and good stability. Conclusion: The HPLC method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of compound ginkgo dipyridamole injection.
