为进一步探讨中药“热毒清”拮抗矽尘毒性效应,对经提纯的不同培养阶段五组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞用细胞化学和扫描电镜法进行了动态观察。结果:随培养时间和机能状态不同,五组细胞呈不同的外形和一系列表面超微结构变化特征。SiO_2、中药、P_(204)及中药加P_(204)组细胞于5分钟内吞噬SiO_2粉尘,观察了细胞对SiO_2的反应方式及各不同吞噬阶段细胞的表面变化特征。中药组的细胞表面超微结构变化与正常组相似。SiO_2组细胞吞噬SiO_2后远较中药组迅速死亡、崩解,且细胞内ACP和SDH活性变化远低于中药组。认为,中药“热毒清”有明显的抗矽尘毒性效应。
In order to further investigate the toxic effects of the traditional Chinese medicine “Huan Du Qing” on whisker toxicity, five groups of mouse peritoneal macrophages were dynamically observed by cytochemistry and scanning electron microscopy. Results: With the different culture time and functional status, the five groups of cells showed different shapes and a series of surface ultrastructure changes. SiO 2 , traditional Chinese medicine, P 204 and Chinese medicine plus P204 groups were used to phagocytose SiO 2 dust within 5 minutes. The response of cells to SiO 2 and the characteristics of cell surface changes at different phagocytic stages were observed. The ultrastructural changes of the cell surface in the TCM group were similar to those in the normal group. After phagocytosis of SiO 2 in SiO 2 group, the death and disintegration of the SiO 2 group were much faster than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group. The activity of ACP and SDH in the cells was much lower than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group. It is believed that the traditional Chinese medicine “Hot Toxic Clearing” has obvious anti-dusting toxic effects.
