采用冷轧和冷弯试验方法研究了热轧显微组织和织构成分对3%和4%Si-Fe合金的冷加工性能的影响。结果表明,细化热轧板的晶粒、改进热轧板组织的均匀性可以提高热轧板的冷轧和反复弯曲性能。特定位向单晶体的冷轧试验结果指出,在热轧板的主要织构组分中,增强{112} <110>和{111} <112>成分同样有助于改善冷轧塑性。
Cold-rolling and cold-bending test methods were used to study the effect of hot-rolled microstructure and texture composition on the cold working properties of 3% and 4% Si-Fe alloys. The results show that the grain refinement of hot-rolled sheet and the improvement of the homogeneity of hot-rolled sheet can improve the cold rolling and repeated bending properties of hot-rolled sheet. The results of the cold rolling test for a specific orientation to a single crystal indicate that strengthening the {112} <110> and {111} <112> components also contributes to improved cold rolling ductility among the major texture components of the hot rolled sheet.
