学习是心灵的正向转换,内心深处对于学习目标和学习内容的渴望、期待,能促进学生以积极的状态应对面临和即将面临的学习任务。然而,我们的教育常常忽视这一点,喜欢用负面的语言、行动影响学生的思维取向。例如教师和家长常常教育低年级的儿童:“你们就要进入三年级了,马上要学写作文,作文是很难的,你们从现在开始就要好好学习,多看些书,为写好作文打基础!”这样的话语,从表面上看,是要引起学生对于学写作文的重视,但事实上是在无形中造成学生对于写作的惧怕心理。
