在信息时代,了解客户需求是企业生存的必要条件。企业利用网络采集信息是了解客户需求的重要方式,成本也较传统方式低。但在利用网络信息收集过程中,网站对于客户隐私的处置方式是否符合道德的规范,关系到企业自身、客户以及社会等各个方面的利益。本文认为,应从伦理学的角度来解决该问题,帮助企业以符合道德规范的形式利用网络收集客户信息。
In the information age, understanding customer needs is a necessary condition for business survival. Enterprises use the network to collect information is an important way to understand customer needs, the cost is lower than the traditional way. However, in the process of utilizing the network information collection, whether the website handles the privacy of customers is in conformity with the moral norms and affects the interests of enterprises themselves, customers and all aspects of society. This paper argues that this problem should be solved from the ethical point of view, to help enterprises use the Internet to collect customer information in an ethical manner.
