目的激励消毒供应中心工作人员工作的积极性,提高工作质量,增加医疗工作满意度,分析护理新理念的效果,为消毒供应中心绩效管理提供理论支持.方法建立和实施供应室绩效分配考核体系,由个人基础系数.各班岗位系数及考核系数3个方面组成.结果建立和实施供应室绩效分配考核体系.提高了科室工作人员积极性.工作质量并提高了医疗工作满意度。结论绩效管理能够促进了科室人员的工作热情.提高工作效率及工作质量.增加临床对科室的满意度,提高护长管理效能.并保证各项工作能顺利完成.
Objective To stimulate the enthusiasm of staff in disinfection and supply center, improve the quality of work, increase the satisfaction of medical work, analyze the effect of new nursing concept and provide theoretical support for the performance management of disinfection supply center.Methods To establish and implement the performance appraisal system of supply-office Personal basic coefficient, post coefficient of each class, and coefficient of assessment.Results Establishing and implementing the appraisal system of performance appraisal for supply-department, improving the enthusiasm of department staff, improving the quality of work and improving the satisfaction of medical work. Conclusion Performance management can promote the work enthusiasm of department staff, improve work efficiency and quality of work, increase clinical satisfaction with departments, improve nursing performance and ensure that the work can be successfully completed.
