除资源外,能源通道是中国进口油气面临又一关键问题。能源进口的多元化不仅体现在进口地上,也包括运输通道的多元化。基于此,无论是积极开展同东盟的合作,共同维护马六甲海上通道的安全,还是与巴拿马建立和发展正常的国家关系,乐观而又谨慎地对待巴拿马运河的扩建,中国有所为有所不为都是必要的。
