立式加工中心集合了伺服系统、自动控制系统、精密测量系统及新型机构等先进技术,能够加工形状复杂、精密零件,并且具有加工精度高、生产效率高、适应性强等特点。随着我国制造业的快速发展,立式加工中心在机械制造业已得到广泛应用,且对立式加工中心的精度要求也越来越高。如何检测立式加工中心的精度,正成为各行业用户在验收与维护立式加工中心时非常关注的问题。
The vertical machining center integrates advanced technologies such as servo system, automatic control system, precision measurement system and new mechanism to process complicated shapes and precision parts, and has the characteristics of high machining precision, high production efficiency and adaptability. With the rapid development of manufacturing industry in our country, vertical machining centers have been widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry, and the precision requirements of vertical machining centers are also getting higher and higher. How to check the accuracy of vertical machining center is becoming a very important issue for users in various industries in the acceptance and maintenance of vertical machining centers.
