作者选取冠心病绞痛患者13例和无心脏病及其他疾病的对照组30例,在入院24小时内和住院二周时分别测量和评定微量红细胞电泳时间、全血和血浆比粘度、血小板粘附率等四项指标,结果发现:1.入院时心绞痛组与对照组比较,红细胞电泳时间明显延长(P<0.01),全血和血浆比粘度、血小板粘附率无统计学意义;2.心绞痛组住院治疗二周时与入院时比较,红细胞电泳时间及入院时血浆比粘度、血小板粘附率异常者,均有非常显著或显著差异
