目的了解石家庄市乙脑媒介蚊虫现状,为预防、控制乙脑的暴发和流行提供科学依据。方法采用抽样调查的方法,根据病例分布情况,选择乙脑高发区的藁城市、无极县、平山县以及低发区的井陉县、栾城县、石家庄市长安区进行成蚊、蚊幼密度调查,同时进行成蚊和蚊幼带毒情况调查。结果共捕获成蚊644只,包括淡色库蚊、骚扰阿蚊、白纹伊蚊、帕氏按蚊4个蚊种。其中淡色库蚊600只,占捕获总数的93.17%;本次调查未发现乙脑的主要媒介-三带喙库蚊。对本次调查捕获的1 473只蚊幼虫全部用RT-PCR法进行乙脑病毒核酸检测,结果全部是阴性,均未检测到乙脑病毒;另对6个县区捕获的213只成蚊用RT-PCR法进行乙脑病毒核酸检测,结果均为阴性。结论结果表明,本次调查捕获的蚊虫不能够传播流行性乙型脑炎。
Objective To understand the current status of Japanese Encephalitis mosquitoes in Shijiazhuang City and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the outbreak and epidemic of Japanese Encephalitis. Methods According to the distribution of cases, the density of adult mosquitoes and mosquitoes in Juecheng, Wuji County, Pingshan County and the low-lying areas of Jingtai County, Luancheng County and Shijiazhuang City were selected by sampling method. , While adult mosquitoes and mosquito juvenile poisoning survey. Results A total of 644 adult mosquitoes were captured, including Culex pipiens pallens, Aedes albopictus, Aedes albopictus and Anopheles stephensi. Among them, 600 were Culex pipiens pallens, accounting for 93.17% of the total catch; in this survey, no major vector for JE was found - Culex tritaeniorhynchus. All of the 4773 mosquito larvae captured in this survey were negative for JE virus by RT-PCR, and none of the JE viruses were detected. Another 213 mosquito adults captured in 6 counties RT-PCR method for detection of JE virus nucleic acid, the results were negative. Conclusion The results show that the mosquitoes captured in this survey are not capable of transmitting Japanese encephalitis.
