作为一名高端卡车的销售员,我在中国时常会遇到一些感到不满意的客户,他们抱怨说,廉价的本土卡车承受超载的能力却要优于昂贵的进口车辆。还有一些客户则抱怨,昂贵的进口车辆有时会出现挡泥板和后灯脱落的情况。这类客户认为,高端品牌就等于高超载能力,高档卡车就是用来在较差的路面上高速行驶的。这就反映出一个明显的利益冲突。多年来,高端卡车品牌制造商一直习惯于面向极少超载,且绝大部分时间都在路况良好的道路上行驶的客户服务,这些客户希望拥有一辆轻质、省油且具有长使用寿命的卡车。而许多中国客户过去常常使用超载能力强的廉价卡车,但与此同时,他们却并不期望拥有超过60万公里的总使用寿命,并且对于他们车辆必需进行的大量维修早已司空见惯。
As a salesperson of a high-end truck, I often encounter dissatisfied customers in China. They complain that the cheap local truck has the ability to withstand overload rather than expensive imported vehicles. Still others complain that sometimes expensive imported vehicles have fenders and back lights coming off. Such customers believe that high-end brands are equivalent to high overload capacity, high-end trucks are used to speeding on poor roads. This reflects a clear conflict of interest. Over the years, premium truck brand manufacturers have long been accustomed to customer service that travels lightly, economically and with long service life on roads that are rarely overloaded and spend most of the time on a well-traveled road . Many Chinese customers used to use over-capacity cheap trucks, but at the same time they did not expect to have a useful life of more than 600,000 kilometers and were already routine for the amount of maintenance their vehicles needed.
