目的：评价康宁克通Ａ局部注射治疗儿童眼睑血管瘤的效果。方法：用１ｍｌ注射器抽取康宁克通Ａ２０～４０ｍｇ经皮肤直接注入血管瘤内，在第１次注射４～５周后再行第２次注射。结果：４２例中，痊愈１３例（３１％），显效２１例（５０％），好转６例（１４．３％），无效２例（４．８％）。结论：康宁克通Ａ局部注射是治疗儿童眼睑血管瘤的一种有效、安全的方法，其中年龄小于１岁的和毛细血管型血管瘤的患儿其疗效更高 PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy of topical injections of combinatorial injection of avermectin A in children with eyelid hemangiomas. Methods: Corning g A-40mg was injected into the hemangioma via the skin with a 1ml syringe. The second injection was performed 4 to 5 weeks after the first injection. Results: In 42 cases, 13 cases were cured (31%), 21 cases (50%) were cured, 6 cases (14.3%) were improved, and 2 cases (4.8%) were cured.
