The interleukin (IL-1) level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and the reactivity of PBMC to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and silicon dioxide (SiO2) in 25 patients with lung cancer were measured. The results showed that lung cancer patient IL The level of -1 was significantly higher than before and after stimulation (P<0.001 to 0.01), and this difference was not affected by chemotherapy. The reactivity of PBM cells to LPS and SiO2 was slightly lower than normal, but there was no significant difference in statistical analysis. It is suggested that the increase of IL-1 in lung cancer patients is one of the body’s anti-tumor immune responses, which is related to the patient’s cytokine network status, and has a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
