本文分析了按常规方法设计的低压系统往复运动用 O 形密封圈密封不可靠的原因;介绍了提高密封洼能的措施,和保证在预期寿命内有可靠密封性能的 O 形密封圈的新设计方法。众所周知,润滑与密封对保证机械正常运转起着非常重要的作用,但在设计与使用中又往往被人们所忽视。统计资料表明,机械故障有30~50%是由于润滑和密封不良引起的。O 形密封圈具有结构简单、体积小、装配方便、可起双向密封作用、运动摩擦阻力较小、适用压力范围广等优点,它是目前广泛应用的一种密封装置。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the unreliable sealing of the O-rings for reciprocating low-pressure systems designed in the conventional manner, introduces the measures to improve the sealing capacity and the O-ring design that ensures reliable sealing over the expected life method. As we all know, lubrication and sealing to ensure the normal operation of machinery plays a very important role, but in the design and use of often overlooked. Statistics show that 30 to 50% of mechanical failures are caused by poor lubrication and sealing.
