The 21st century is an era of talent and information revolution. How to prepare for this era is a matter that any visionary decision-maker must carefully plan. The socialist market economy has pushed many outstanding Chinese enterprises to the world capital markets. State-owned overseas listed companies are facing a tremendous change in the unprecedented internal and external environment. Overseas listed companies should maintain their advantages in the competition of domestic and overseas capital markets. They must first develop and utilize high-quality human resources and strengthen their entrepreneurial drive and competitiveness with a high-level talent pool.
