学术界对国际援助的经济效应长期存在争议。以往的研究主要从宏观层面,且往往仅从国际援助与受援国经济增长的关系来分析国际援助的经济效应问题。笔者尝试从微观层面,即援助与家庭福利关系出发,利用动态一般均衡分析范式,来探讨国际援助对援助国和受援国两方面的影响。研究发现,从福利角度看,国际援助是有效的;国际援助能够提高援助国和受援国的家庭福利,并能够影响其他经济变量,国际援助特别为促进受援国经济增长提供了必要条件。
The academic community has long been in dispute over the economic effects of international aid. The previous studies mainly analyzed the economic effects of international aid from macro level and often only from the relationship between international aid and the economic growth of recipient countries. The author attempts to use the dynamic general equilibrium analysis paradigm from the micro level, that is, the relationship between aid and family welfare, to explore the impact of international aid on both donor and recipient countries. The study found that from the perspective of welfare, international aid is effective. International aid can improve the family welfare of aid and recipient countries and can affect other economic variables. International aid, in particular, provides the necessary conditions for promoting the economic growth of recipient countries.
