目的:为制定老年男性一秒率参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法:收集了中国26个省、市、自治区的72个市(县)级医院和有关科研单位及高等院校测定的4342例健康老年男性一秒率参考值。运用相关分析、因子分析及GIS软件,研究了其与6项地理因素指标[海拔高度(X1)、年日照时数(X2)、年平均气温(X3)、气温年较差(X4)、年平均相对湿度(X5)、年降水量(X6)]的关系。结果:发现老年男性一秒率参考值与地理因素之间有显著的相关关系。利用因子分析及回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程■=79.2798+0.0009015X1-0.0019314X2+0.0019668X3-0.002615X4+0.0012934X5+0.0016503X6±1.0328,计算得到的预测值与实测值拟合程度较高(P<0.01)。借助G IS软件中的地统计分析模块,通过克里格(Krig-ing)插值法精确地内插出中国老年男性一秒率参考值的空间趋势分布图。结论:知道某地的地理因素值,就可以利用回归方程估算出中国任何地方的老年男性一秒率参考值,也可以通过中国老年男性一秒率参考值的空间趋势分布图得出任何一地的老年男性一秒率参考值。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for the development of a unified standard of one second rate reference for senile males. Methods: A one-second reference rate of 4342 healthy elderly men from 72 municipal (county) hospitals in 26 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of China and related scientific research units and institutions of higher learning were collected. Using correlation analysis, factor analysis and GIS software, this paper studied the relationship between the index and six geographical factors [elevation (X1), annual sunshine duration (X2), annual average temperature (X3), annual temperature difference (X4) Average relative humidity (X5), annual precipitation (X6)]. Results: It is found that there is a significant correlation between the second-rate reference value of geriatric men and geographical factors. Using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis, we deduced a regression equation ■ = 79.2798 + 0.0009015X1-0.0019314X2 + 0.0019668X3-0.002615X4 + 0.0012934X5 + 0.0016503X6 ± 1.0328, and the calculated predictive value is better fitted to the measured value High (P <0.01). With the geostatistical analysis module in G IS software, Kriging interpolation is used to accurately interpolate the spatial trend distribution of the reference value of one second in Chinese elderly men. Conclusion: Knowing the geographical value of a place, we can use the regression equation to estimate the reference value of the second-rate of the elderly in any place in China, or from the spatial trend map of the second-rate reference value of the aged man in China The one-second-rate reference for older men.
