子痫前期是妊娠高血压疾病的常见类型,是影响妊娠结局的重要疾病。由于子痫前期病情复杂、变化快,对妊娠期血压进行密切监测和评估十分重要。本研究对子痫前期患者24h动态血压(24hABP)变化及临床意义进行分析后发现,监测和评估24hABP可较诊室血压更准确判断子痫前期患者高血压及蛋白尿严重程度,对及时合理干预,早防早治,避免不良结局有重要意义。
Preeclampsia is a common type of pregnancy-induced hypertension and is an important disease affecting pregnancy outcomes. Due to the complex and rapid changes in preeclampsia, it is important to closely monitor and assess blood pressure during pregnancy. In this study, 24-h ambulatory blood pressure (24hABP) changes in patients with preeclampsia and analysis of clinical significance and found that monitoring and assessment of 24-hABP than the clinic blood pressure more accurately determine the severity of preeclampsia patients with hypertension and proteinuria, timely and reasonable intervention, Early prevention and early treatment, to avoid adverse outcomes are of great significance.
